Returns & Exchanges

At Ms. B’s Beauty Supply, we take pride in delivering products that are clean, secure, and in their original condition. For this reason, some items are final sale to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation

Wigs & Ponytails

All wigs and ponytails are final sale. Including the following:

• Clip-in extensions and braiding hair
• Opened or non-sealed products for hair care, skin care and cosmetic (e.g., spray bottles, jars, hair dye/bleach, tubes, pump bottles, etc.)
• Jewelry, hair wraps/bands/caps/hats (for hygiene reasons)

Hair Extensions & Braiding Hair

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the hair:

• Is in its original condition
• Remains sealed and unopened

Products (Hair Care, Soaps, Body Products, Accessories)

• Unsealed items are final sale
• Sealed products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, if unused and in original condition

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be in original condition and packaging
• Packaging must not be bent, opened, or tampered with
• Seals must remain intact

We cannot accept returns if:

• The product has been opened, used, or altered
• The seal is broken
• The item is not in resellable condition

Return Process

• Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund (unless the error was on our end)
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• All final sale items (including wigs, ponytails, tools, and clearance items)
• Any item not in original condition and packaging

Items that do not meet return requirements will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
