Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and shipped using Canada Post or trusted courier partners, depending on availability. Standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees include packaging and handling, and may vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

For the best experience, we recommend placing all items in one order, as separate orders cannot be combined and will incur individual shipping fees.

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive securely and in excellent condition.

Ms. B’s Beauty Supply is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for any return and re-shipping fees.

Delays & Availability

While delays are rare, there may be occasions where items are temporarily out of stock. In such cases, your order may take longer to ship or may be cancelled with a full refund issued.

Please note that once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or issues after confirmed delivery.
